Microphone Help

Alright, so this has happened to me before. I recently Reformatted my Harddrive. Im wearing headphones but everyone in vent can the music in the game. I dont kno how this works. They can hear the ingame sounds when i talk, also when i put on music, everyone in ventrillo can hear it even if im wearing headphones not using speakers.

Maybe i need new sound drivers?

I have normal onboard sound Realtek HD audio rear output. If someone can give me the link to the latest driver that would be great.

in the sounds menu by the clock, look under recording and see what you have checked off. You might have something checked along with your mic.
