need help with special ops

for some reason I cant play online with bf2 specialforces but i cant play online with the original game please help me figure out why this happening

my specs should be just fine everything else works beautifully but when i go into playonline nothing shows up on the sever list the list is just blank but it doesnt do this on the original game and if you still want to know my psecs i have a pentium 4 3.20ghz processor a ATI Radeon 9550 and a gig of ram

oh and I just realized i made a big mistake at the top instead of cant i meant to say I CAN play the original game sorry about that

they were installed at the same time I got the bf2 deluxe edition witch has just the original game and specialforces in it

did u patch ur game? im guessing that if u didnt, then u could see some servers of bf2 vanilla since i think tehrye are some left. but u wouldnt see any for SF.

one quick way would be to go to start>program files>EA games>battlefield 2 and open the readme.txt and then at the top itll tell u wat version u have

I just installed a new patch and i can see the servers now so problem solved thanks for the help everyone
