Battlefield 2 Folder in My Documents - help

I got a new HD and I made 'My Documents' folder on my old HD because I only want my games and OS on the new drive. I installed BF2 and it placed the Battlefield 2 folder in the My Documents folder on my old drive.

Im just wondering if this is fine having the BF2 folder on another drive than the game?

My documents for me in on C, while all games are installed on D less trouble when something goes wrong

you can change the location of your 'my docs' folder (and others) by installing the 'tweakUI' addon from microsoft.

I move all that stuff off the OS drive, in case of windoze failure.
