3 Best Maps For Sniping

What do you think the 3 best maps for sniping are (and I mean with the rifle, not the best map for clay-whoring).

My favorites are

Gulf of Oman- Big, clear map with lots of hiding spots
Mashtuur City- Tons of sniper spots overlooking lots of action
Wake Island 2007- I just discovered this great map for sniping. It is big, you can see very far, lots of easy targets (aka. noobs waiting for a J-10), and plenty of jungle to hide in.

agree with you, but karkand is also good for sniping if the one team has gatehouse, and the other team trainaccident

i onlt play SAK so i know all the good spots, so watch out :p

Oman...love that map and also Songhua (spelt right?) is also a pretty awesome map but hugely underrated.

Only ever snipe in IO now...

But Oman still remains a favourite for me to snipe on.
Sharqi with an SVD
Mashtuur with an SVD or L96/M24

No, I am there too, if my SF doesnt crash within 5 minutes of joining...

In vBF2, I like: Sharqi, Kubra, and a tie between Jalalabad and Mashtur. Karkand is just too hectic for me.

That is the lamest longest rounds when either team is holding the entire side of the map and its down to a battle over the water. Stat-pad fest.
