    SF Glitches & Lag. Vista User

    Hey,

    I have just bought Windows Vista along with BF2 Special forces expansion.

    It is super laggy and there is glitches all thru the stages. My computer used to run BF2 With no problems on my old XP OS.

    Anyone have Vista and running SF?

    :::System Specs:::
    OS: Vista Ultimate 6.0
    System model: Acer Aspire SA85
    Processor: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.06ghz
    Memory: 510mb RAM
    DirectX Version: 10
    Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT
    Graphic total memory: 312Mb

    PS I dont know if i have a Vista graphic problems as most the games that came with vista (i.e. solitare, chess, mahjong, minesweeper and the original windows games) Are glitchy as if some of the images are getting stuck. i can take screenie if required.

    Please Help

        no Vista use's more ram, at current BF2 should have a minimum of 1gb ram and a max of 2gb

        how many ram slots do you have? (including the ones occupied)

            And once again, more ram. If you can afford it go for 2 gb.

            Also make sure you have the latest Vista drivers,

            as the ones that Vista installs and most of the early Vista drivers blow chunks.
