I personally do not have a problem with the game but have come across people (even people who play the game) who constantly critisise. Just wondering what exactly ticks you off.........My peev is the sheilds.........

It blows.. Its a horrible attempt, and it also shows the lack of support that DICE actually does have for its fans. They left BF2 in the dust to work on that hunk of garbage. Which is exactly what it is.
The helicopters/jets suck... The ground combat is basically just the same bs with different sounds. The graphics do not look better to me, then BF2, and the whole future thing is just stupid. Come on if its the future why is there no jets, and why do we have a helicopter hybrid with a 5 second shield and a 10 missiles that next to impossible to kill with. I mean 10 missiles for one vehicle? Oh and a gunner is suppose to do what exactly? The TV missile is garbage, I mean at least you can't solo guide but you can't very well use the damn thing either unless you have a setting on your mouse to turn your sensitivity to low. Who wants do that?
Its just not a good quality game to me... It don't feel right, and its just the total opposite of what I experienced when I've played all the other BF Series. BF2 had the whole feeling to it, then it lost it when DICE just left us for that other garbage. They actually think its good or something, how do you just quit a product that sold as much as BF2 did? BF2 outsold 2142 by a lot. They do not listen to the community and when they did they listened to the whiners. Its just shameful for me to sit back and think that DICE has some form actual plan for BF2 other then to rip people off, and move onto something 100x worse.

Personnaly because my cd key is invalid and I've spent ages trying to get a new one from EA. Therefore, I've sacked it and wont ever bother with it. Played single player on a friends and can't say I was in any way impressed.Comment

Paying for a Mod for BF2.
Which all it is, is the same BF2 Engine with a few fixes (yes they saw it was 3000 but with their past history im inclined not to believe a word of it), some new guns, maps, vehicles, modes which any Mod released for BF2 will include.

I actually love both games. You may believe its the same as bf2, but in my opinion it isn't. I recently came back to bf2 after about a month of solid 2142 gameplay just to play around. BF2 was so much easier, i went like 21 kills 3 deaths every round i played. It almost felt like i was cheating. Maybe its the fact that there is no rifle sway or less things to kill you (i.e. drones, mechs). They are both awesome games and i really enjoy playing them both. you can agree or disagree i don't really care, thats my 2 cents.Comment

Good points;
Titan mode, a true spawnpoint where you can't be spawn raped.
Titan guns, very enjoyable sitting in them raining merry hell.
Getting lots of points when you get a badge/pin/ribbon.
Bad points;
Awful non-titan maps, 2 colours, grey or orange.
Titan maps just about OK.
Dice still can't manage to make certain kit items work.
Sentry guns can shoot through titan walls.
Everything feels nerfed.Comment

its too lagy and the ranking system is bad u can reach general by 1 mounth soon all the gamers will be generals :) and also no planes in the game and evry 10 players in the game 2 of them glitches or cheat...its a glitchy gameComment
