Just to let u all know, i searched teh forums and i think this the right place to put this post so please read and respond :)

If i upgrade to Vista (I want halo 2 and the new CoH) would my FPS decrease in BF2 cause bF2 is made for Xp.

Or should i just stay with XP

I've got vista, runs really really fking slow. right click on it, set it so it runs as administrator, then run it in compatibility mode with XP service pack (2? i think thats it). I don't know if that really does anything (compatibility mode) but it makes me feel better .

everything's slower in vista... you won't get better performance than in XP because of all the new underlaying processes.

The best we can hope for is equal performance, but that's only when Ati and Nvidia get their drivers together... ESPECIALLY Nvidia.
