Big Server Text

I was playing on a German euro force server the other day and noticed that the rules scrolling by in the upper left corner were all in bigger text size. Now I personally found that an ideal solution to make people more aware of the server rules on my own server but thus far I have not been able to make it work yet. I found the code needed to make text bigger, but have not yet found a way to actually make it work. It just shows up as ?3text?3. Would anyone have an idea on how I could make this work? Thanks!

I thought it came up in big text by default. if not youd have better luck posting this in the server owners section. you have to apply though.
