lol your kidding? It's a mod made by randoms isn't it? They can hardly take you to court and say 'omfgz you modified our files were gonna E-sue your *** with our E-lawyers'.
I made the effects larger
I gave it a new blast sound
I made it stay longer
I even added an Air raid siren
It fires from Artillery (just 1 shell, of course)
This is a Tactical nuke, meant to be a certain size to take out a certain area. I kept it this big just so there isn't to many "Framerate" issues, etc.
The video, I fired one, and because I stayed in that spot for to long the enemy fired one at me, and I ran "because there still is a small damage radius, and you get to see what its like up close"

The only question I have, is this mod available for download yet and if so where? I went to the NAW site but I don't see it in the download list if it is available. If it is available please post download information and if not when do you expect it will be ready to make its prime time debut?

I not pretty sure you need to worry about them taking legal action as there is not much of a case.
However if your worried about it, I am sure if you ask them nicely they will give you permission to release it. At most they may ask you to give them credit for their files.
just remind them that they hold no legal ownership of the game you and they have moded. i cant freaking believe that the NAW dev crew, someone making their name off of altering another teams work (dice) would actually have the nerve to threaten you like that.

whos throwing accusations? i simply asked a question, NAW already announced they were importing other teams content, i only assumed that the subs were also. they are the ones who ostracized this poor guy for showing some incentive, not asking him to help on development or picking his brain for an hour, they actually threatened him with some bullsh!t on how they would take legal action when they have no legal right to any of this stuff anyway and from what i read they didnt even develop the original nuke, it was donated to them by another skilled coder. thats like dice telling all these moders they are going to sue them, its ridiculous and childish.

I see no where in his post, that NAW took any action against him....sounds to me like he is just worried that they might take action....which they wouldn't.....
