I hate 2142 with avenagance , the voice overs alone get on my t*** . But one good thing 2142 has that BF2 does not ?

Team play points ? I hate commading / Squad leading these days as no one listens to you at all . A few extra points for playing as a team/squad may bring back more teamplay ?

nice to think about, but EA will not introduce an easier way to rack up points to a game thats 2 years old. those losers that are on the scoreboard with 800 000 points will be pissed off if they do.

Beh , the g36e needs to be nurfed , points are awarded to a squad if they move to the point at which their squad leader has selected ( but i feel if this was introduced it would lead to a lot more statpadding) . Stat padding is the thing that i would like to change the most , it needs to be cracked down on and hard . Players daily are just saying whats the point ? when i can just go to a K&P server and get my rank there , but knowing EA they will hardly do anything as this may lead to them losing money...

My only real problems with the game are as follows:

Anti-Air just feels weak, a decent pilot can absolutely dominate a map unless he is against another good pilot. Infantry needs an anti-air solution, maybe like DCONS which works very well and is very helpful in dealing with helicopters in particular. They would never do this, as it would require editing pretty much every map with planes, but you should have to actually land in order to repair and resupply.

Grenades, Claymores and C4 should only be replenished by ammo crates/supply crates, and not the ammo packs that support carry.

Dropping to prone while firing should give you very poor accuracy, think firing while jumping in CS, or there should be a delay of a second or two. It's just retarded how people just drop to prone and kill you, or you do it to someone else, while the animation hasn't finish, or has you firing off into the air.
