I think hes talking about the message that pops up when you first log in. Normally it would be advertising something ( as of now its the new expansion of 2142). I don't know why its blank, but that popup has never been important, nor will it ever be. If you really want to see the message you may try reinstalling, but it isn't really worth IMO.Comment

Well you ,see it's just BLAnk so i dont know what it says
anyway i dont have any problems with the game..,,
