Very nice mods are Sandbox and Camobox, which are often forgotten. Though for real gameplay I'm waiting for FH2, then it's Crysis time

Good point. Give them all a try, and stop asking people to tell you what you should like, lol.

as far as the third question goes, without a doubt it is dcon. The action on the big servers is way over the top in temrs of mayhem and violence.

Obviously The PR guys will say theirs is best, and so will dcon or any other group. Fans will swear their favorite is the one and only bomb (like skeletor).

As an outsider from either development or being much of a community member of either one, I can tell you dcon is my favorite (if you hadnt guessed yet), and PR bores me to death. Of course people are going to write that I either dont understand teamwork, skill or some other nonsense.

Base rapers almost never kill me, and I love knowing exactly where to find someone. Base raping puts them right out in the open for me to kill. Same with snipers, but most playing these mods are not ex DC players, and we learned how to deal with both those idiot groups a long time ago, its not hard at all.

Last night I had the most intense action I have had on a map since I played DC. It was the Frontline Formation server, and it was beyond intense. Big thanks to Frontline and dcon, and my wife is pissed at you all, lol.

PR aint for every one, only for a select few who like that kinda game which is very diffrent gameplay from vBF2 :)

Project Reality has the most teamwork and is the most intense to play. Other mods might be more relaxing and more tuned to shorter games. PR rounds usually last over an hour and can be quite epic.

Yup :) and you should really try out the tournaments :) , i cant put a finger on the best mod as lots of mods are better and worse than others in some aspects , just try the ones that get released on the main page when they come out also then you should find quite populated mods , and havok....just STFU already.

All BF2 player numbers are down, across the board. From vBF2 to Mods.

Sooooo, I suggest you play ALL of the mods to encourage their makers to continue to make FREE content for you to enjoy.

Most Users-Project Reality and Eve of Destruction 2
Most Chaotic-Eve of Destruction 2 and Point of Existence 2

You won't know until you try them all(which I have)

Once you've tried the mods you'll NEVER play vanilla(EEWWW) again
