And to the previous statement, that's not always true. I managed to back up far enough plenty of times before I blew it.

You notice how when you hop out of a fast moving vehicle...it tends to keep on going in the same direction(what little physics we have in BF2)...yeah...hop out at the right time and you can detonate easily, w/o having to walk away.

I was carbombing everybody's *** on highway tampa a little while ago it was so funny never suicided. Oh and I also like to put C4 on a jeep and park it on the side of the road (or middle if road is wide) and wait for a vehicle or 2 or more people on foot to pass by it then BOOM! They're like where the hell did that come from.

I have done it a few times, mostly for the reactions. I was doing it on jalalabad, and there is that main road that goes all the way from the main, bas outpost and fountain and hotel and up to mosque. Well anyways, if the US gets the fountain and outpost, the MEC team tends to take every piece of machinery they can get and put it on that road, near the split in the road, and shoot anyone that gets near. I just LOVE suiciding that part of the map. Tank commanders get pissed.

I see nothing wrong with car bombing. When I'm in a tank and see a carbomber approaching, it's really easy to just annhilate them with a shell because they almost always drive in a straight line :p

Besides, it's really fun to do, and I'm always laughing regardless of whether I succeed.

I never kill myself with car bombs, and i do it a lot. The only other thing that works better than car bombs is running up behind a tank and rigging it with C4/AT-mines, then getting to a safe spot to detonate. That works for me almost 90% of the time. 7% of the time, the guy gets out of the tank and blasts me with his shot gun before i can switch back to my gun. The rest of the time i kill him by hopping into the tank after he hopped out. XD

A few months ago before I started playing PR, I was playing SF, and was totally pwning tanks by putting AT mines next to them (Actually it was mostly dropping from that airdrop spawn at warlord). I mainly playing engie so I could use the MP7 though.

I kno, but it seems like there's a force keeping from getting my expert explosive ordinance badge, i load up a jeep with C4, drive away, and with some very nice driving manoeuvres, still get smoked

I always see people loading up c4 on the front of their humvee or buggy then run into a tank and boom!!!!!! Probably the biggest laugh you'll get out of BF2 lolz:laugh:
