Problems finding servers with 1.41 installed

i have just got bf2 and special forces on my comp and installed patch 1.41
but when i try to find servers i can only find like 8 servers and they all look like they are from asia. Im from england by the way.
any help please, will be appreciated.

Uncheck every filter you have and report back

i have tried that and i only got about 35 which all sound as though they are asian servers(the Names). i also tried to play one of these and it came up that my cd key is already in use?? so i tried to reinstall it but it keeps saying "failed to install try again" and it won't after many try's.

wat are hte numbers in the corner of ur bf2 menu?
