no, at least i don't think so....if you're piloting, you get driver kill assist for all the kills that your gunner makes, and you get driver special ability if your passenger is a medic or support, and you're near enough to the ground to heal or support people, and the passenger (if he's support) supplies the vehicle with ammo, so you'd get points (maybe) for doing that, but being in a chopper is time in a Helicopter and goes toward the helicopter badge....
