To get transport badge does it just have to be a ground transport or can it be a blackhawk or some other trans heli ?

I believe that it's just your time spent in the DPV's, FAV's, Humvee's, Vodnik's and Iveco's that count towards your transport badges. The transport helicopters come under "Helicopters".

Yep its just jeeps and cars (AF) the kills you require is RUNNING people over and not killing them with any mounted weapons. Driver ability is a bugger because to get a point your passenger has to resupply, repair or heal for you to get the point. I've nearly completed my expert hours but I need like 1500 driver ability points
A little tip for kills in transport, DPV+Wake Island+Runway+lots of beeping=lots of kills

If your going for veteran, it needs 25 hours...so get used to driving
A good way to get lots of transport time is to drive round a large map like Fushe or Daqing just capping empty flags on your own. Take the "scenic" routes i.e. Don't drive in the high traffic areas because you'll be quickly taken out by Jets/Choppers/Armor and therefore won't get as much time in your vehicle...Comment

Driver special ability is not easy, but for some reason, i have about 2000-3000 odd points, i dunno how i got them, but you just go as medic or support or engineer and supply people with what they need, you also resupply the vehicle if you are support, repair others if you are an engineer, and heal others if you are a medic,Driver ability is a bugger because to get a point your passenger has to resupply, repair or heal for you to get the point. i don't have transport basic yet, mostly because of the 13 minutes in a transport, people keep killing me....

Driver ability includes driver kill assists.

Don't forget boats count as transport.
I spend a lot of time in DPVs. IMO they are the best vehicle. You can easilly dodge most tanks and you can down any helicopter. Running people over is by far my favorite. I'm nearing 5000 roadkills now.Comment

Yeah, it's best that you do just in case, but i know it needs 13 minutes in a transport vehicle, 5 kills in a round in a transport vehicle, and the 1 driver special ability point (resupply, repair and heal)wait, to be clear, do u need to hav passengers in ur trnasport?
