Help with patches

Hi all, new here and just got the BF2 deluxe edition (comes with BF2 and BF2:special forces) and am a bit confused about the patching process. What patches do I need to get? Do i just need to get one patch that will cover BF2 and BF2:sf, or do i need to get one for each? Could you also tell me what the patches are (what version i mean). Thanks for any help

You could find another site, as long as its Patch 1.41 client (Bout 520mb big)

ok thanks. Will that patch bring both BF2 and BF2:SF up to the latest versions, or just BF2. If its the latter, will i need to download a seperate patch for BF2:SF, and if so, what one?

No, that will do everything. BF2, BF2:SF, BF2:EF & BF2:AF. Enjoy!

Thanks alot for the quick reply . Downloading 1.41 right now!

one quick thing, if 1.41 covers everything, whats the point in having a patch specially for BF2:SF, seems a waste of time to me...

I think that was for when SF first came out.
