hey guys, im new to BF2 and when i try to join a game i get an "invalid cd key" message that comes up. My freand in the general area of where i live has the same problem and he has been playing for long time. What do you think could be the problem??

but if u do have ur own LEGIT cd key that u bought from a store
start > run > type "regedit" press ok
navigate
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Software
ELectronic arts
EA GAMES
BAttlefiled 2
ergc
and on the right hand side of hte menu, double click on default and under value data, delete everything there. re-enter ur cd key and then when ur done, scroll to the front of the cd key, and just add in a x9392
so it should look something like x9392DMVE24TGH3JDAComment
