Battlefield 2 Editor Error

I'm on vista (I know lol :P)

Every time I start up the editor, I get a message about DirectX v.9, I installed it already.I don't know whats wrong


I'm brand new to modding and wanted to try this..I dont know what I can do :|

You would have more luck posting this in the modding section. The bf2 editor was compiled of crap.
