weird thing happened after promotion.please explain

I was promoted to master seargent and it says my next rank is first seargent but my progress bar never went down. I've been playing the game with that stuck that way for 2 weeks.Why?

it looks fine on bf2s.com

so ur next rank would be master gunnery sergeant or maybe sergeant major depending on ur badges

Before a made the rank of master seargent it said my next rank would be first seargent but instead it made me master and now its saying my next rank is first again. Is that a split in ranks ? Master and first ?

its a bug in bfhq

im at serg major and its showing my next rank as serg major of the corps (which no longer exsists)

use websites to track your points/ranks its easier and they give info on what you need for the badges,,

Have you got all your badges. If you get to 20k points without all basic badges it will make you master sergeant, if you have all your badges then it will make you first

he's missing a few badges to make the 1st serg rank and he's past 20k,

but it is still a bug in BFHQ to show the extra rank rather than the next one achievable
