    BF2_patch_1.41.exe wont open

I double click on the exe and it won't open...After waiting for a liittle bit i decided to check the process list. There are 2 .exe's running, I only double clicked it once. So i end both processes and try again..Still wont open..I restart my PC and try opening it again..And it still wont...I try downloading it from multiple sites and i try to save it on different drives...I even try a .zip format and it still wont work.

If anyone has anything that could help i would appreciate it..

    Thnx again in advance

Be patient. It's a big file. It should open in 1-10 minutes. My took about 3 minutes.

Be even more patient when it patches, takes about 40 minutes :p

As J0rd4n999 says, it's a really big file, and needs to decompress to a temporary area on your disk before is starts running. That's why you'll get a long delay.

Watch or listen for disk activity on your PC. That's a sure way of spotting that your PC's up to something, even if it doesn't look like it!

Well, not really mate. Half a gigs worth of software is going to take time to unpack itself - whether it's a BF patch or any other bit of software! It's just how Installshield packages work.
