I have been playing bf2 for about a month, and i instaled project reality mod.
After that i played normal bf2, but when i got back to play again when i whant to start on some server it just trows me to desktop.
What the hell with that!
I have been searching forums for more info but all of those similar problems aren't like mine. To them it exits before they even log in, but i log in and try my favorited server.
Please, any help would be really apreciated.

BF2 just generates random "illnesses" where it CTD's. Your best bet is to uninstall, run CCleaner (to get rid of the regisrty entries), and reinstall.

wat are ur settings for terrain and textures? i think u need at least medium textures or terrain to play PR. did u change ur vid settings?

also try clearing out ur cache files in the
C:\Documents and Settings\YOURNAME\My Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache directoryso u an reoptimize ur shaders

I tried uninstaling and instaling again, and i did the whole Ccleaner registry cleanup. Nothing, it does he same thing again, i even deleted the PR mod.
My settings are always on high, so i don't think that that's the problem.
And how do i reoptimize the cache shaders.
Thx, on some other forums nobody replys anything.
