Indeed, not really a shameful fact as I only based my answer on a counter to the common assumption that you can make the TV guided missile flight path 100% smooth thus being able to identify a macro from manual guidance. In reality, theres a limit to how much you can actually click.

I've written alot of macros, even one to drop cartillery exactly everytime. I think alot of macros are for features that should had been in the game, but what I did to exploit a 'feature' is what should be 'fixed' server-side and I'm happy it can not be done now - the game is better for it (this also goes for dolphin diving).

I have a macro that allows me to CUT and PASTE text (so I can copy an IP from Teamspeak into the game without having to write it down on a piece of paper).

I have a macro to output "standard" messages like "Enemy at HOTEL" or "Enemy at FACTORY" with 1 button.

I have a macro that allows me to spot the plane in front of me when I'm flying.

I have a macro that allows me to use my Joystick's HAT to mouselook.

Really, the reason why people make macros is because the game is missing features that should have been there.

Any macros that are used to exploit a game feature should fixed at the server-side (ignore stand-prone-stand-prone that is faster than a human can type).

Not to mention that customizing the game to your own personality is wicked fun. Creating combinations with macros is one of them. For example a grenade throwing macro which throws one nade and switches back to the main gun and so forth.

What Harmor is saying is that you dont DOWNLOAD a macro to bunnyhopflop and fly to WIN, but to code them yourself to suit your particular need.

I think it's not a macro.
I know how easy it is to be called a macro, and how much you can curve the TV missile... it just seems pretty exact (the curve) so that's the only thing I could say, but still I'd say no macro.
