Now I know this is not attainable. It was taken away like over a year ago. However this does not make sense. This player:

Hes still playing with this rank, first noticed it when I was in a server and noticed he had this and I was like wtf?
At first I thought maybe he stat padded back a while when he was that rank, but at closer glance check his date of enlistment:

2007. As you can see. Even if he did stat pad to the max, I still don't see how he can retrieve this rank if it cannot be attained? also he is at 5.4k ponts which still wouldn't get him that rank even if we were back to when it was attainable. It does look like he has stat padded, but how did he get that rank if he enlisted this year?
