will have to check er out, being in vancouver and all. my clan had a branzone server for about a year based in seattle, but we got frustrated at random server disconnects and switched some time ago, hope they have improved on their network, they did have good customer support, ill give em that much. was great having a max 12 ping thou, really helps with those damn TVs

Just choose your targets better. FF off is good for points, you can do your bomb runs and not give two ****s about killing your team mates.

FF on is great fun. No claywhores to worry about. - And whenever I do get a TK while bombing and get punished, I just find it funny - does not bother me at all.

just a note.. claymore friendly dmg and FF are 2 seperate options in CC, there s lots of server with FF on and claymore friendly dmg off

The only thing that happens with ff=on is tking...This is not a simulator its an fps/arcade shooter which is why we took ff off about a year ago...



Edit:... After reading this topic I went to game-monitor.com to check your status...A couple things I noticed that may be a problem...1. Your server is maxed out at 24 people...24 slots is not enough to sustain a server(of course you have those IO servers and knife and pistol) but all in all its really not enough to sustain a server, but who knows a miracle from god may grace you...I however like to live in the real world and know that an average of about 5-10 people drop after a round is played or a map change. This would cut your server in half and people dont like to join empty servers. 2. Your just starting the server up this late in the game. Very few people if any have your server on thier favorites.

Heres my suggestion. Why not join my clan/server...What are you paying now for your server? I am sure its more than $15 a month right? For only $15 a month you will get admin, ventrilo, and play with a bunch of guys and gals who just want to have fun while playing. Our server is always full 24/7 ALWAYS...Dont waist your time and money idling in a server that wont go anyware and join an already established clan/server...

Hey if you decide not to, good luck anyway...I just have been running a server for about 3 years and I know why people join servers and why they leave...

you know that server is nice, my ping is like 30 -40 and no lag, the four rounds i played last night were enjoyable, regular BF2 play, no glitchers hackers nothing... I reccomend it to anyone. As for FF=Off i loove it, like everyone else said, tking is gay, why not remove that factor, and nwhen you want to vent, blow a clip off on one of your buddies, with nothing more than a twitch. lol

FF=1 does not promote TKing, lack of active admin presence does...

my point is, admin ur server, and ppl wont TK....if they do, kick/ban.....im sure theres more than enough ppl out there (or even right here) who would admin for u....since u cant be there 24/7

if i wanted to buy slot/join a clan, i currently have 5 offers on the table :) and i dont mean any offense, but i havent exactly had the best experience on dA servers in the past...

If I ever make a server, I'll gladly invite you to play on it, just so I can mass rape you as you spawn, berate your sexuality in public chat, and ban you the moment you touch my helicopter. Then when you post about it, I'll coerce you to give me $15, just so you can rejoin the server, so I can do it to you all over again!

Welcome to Dairuka's Logic 101.

Servers that are always populated, are always populated because they are always populated. All you need are 4-8 clan members on a server running a popular map (Karkand, Sharqui, Wake) at any given time, and a 64 playered server will fill up almost instantaneously. 64 player servers once started are hard to kill, even if they're admined by complete tools. 24/7 servers running those maps are even harder to kill.

You kick and ban so you can whore vehicles and "pwn" all the lance corporals that are left after you kick the good players. Then when people complain at your forums, 20 dA members insult the guy, with the basis of: since I pay for it, I can do whatever I want. Then you ask the guy to give you $15 to act like a **** too! hurrah, I just love dA.
