No badges help?

dont get it, i got two badges. i went to bfhq but they were not there. i disconnect and checked on bf2s and there was no badge. 3 hours later still no badge. i got the badges in 1 full round and there were drum sounds on both badges but i dont get y i dont have the badge. And when i played on the server again, i was private and im suppose to be first seargent. So sigh.. I had no unlocks.

Any help would be appreciated.

it takes time to update, it could take anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 days

R u sure? It seems it never will update. Bf2s update my account like 3 times.

I dont get it, I still dont have it. It seems nothing updates not even my scores. Its not in BFHQ and bf2s updated my account several times. I think it is something to do with the servers. In Gamearena, all the players are private ranks even me. (im first sargent though) However, i got the badges b4 all the players became private rank. I dont get what is the problem? Is it because of the server? Even my signature won't show my stats.

any help plz? I have longed for those two badges.

if everyone showed up as a private, it was probably unranked. and even so, who the **** cares about badges? they come and they go, its the nature of bf2. badges are pointless anyways; im sad to know that there are people out there who care about them...

It seems like the time from earning a badge until the time it appears on bf2s is extremely varied. Like DesertFalcon said... 5 seconds to 5 days. I've had some that took forever to appear, but they did eventually show up. Just have patience.

if everyone showed up as a private, it was probably unranked. and even so, who the **** cares about badges? they come and they go, its the nature of bf2. badges are pointless anyways; im sad to know that there are people out there who care about them...

I got the badges before everyone became private.

Sometimes servers have trouble communicating with the accounts server. This causes your ranks to be shown as private and to have no unlocks available. This has been around for a long time but is relatively rare for me at least. If the server is reset i think it fixes the issue. By the same token the server may not have updated the accounts server after that round. Therefore, those points/badges/awards may never make it into your stats. This has happened to me also, with veteran engineer repair which is a nightmare to get...ho hum

Wait, i got the badges before the server became messed up where everyone became private. When i got the badges, the server was normal with players which had ranks and unlocks. This meant that it hasnt been the case.
