Weapon Unlocks Issue

I have been playing normal battlefield 2 for a couple days, I had already had 3 weapon unlocks, got the complete collection with all the other versions and after a little while it updated and gave me my tier 2 weapon unlocks...but now only in some servers I get my tier two weapon unlocks to work, whats wrong? >.<

in special forces you can only use the tier 2 unlocks (dao, M95, G3, etc). you wont be able to choose tier 3 unlocks in SF (G36E, F2000, L96A1, scar-L, etc).
some of the Tier 3's come as default SF weapons in some armys.
