I agree with all the people that say this is an April fools joke. Why the f*** would the MoD waste time prosecuting a computer game because it demonstrates how sectors of the UK's defense operates. Secondly, why the hell would MI5 get involved. Im pretty sure they have better things to do with their time than investigate a computer game.

Thirdly, if the letter is referring to the MoD and MI5, where does the FBI and their trucks get involved if this is a matter relating to an apparent 'breach' of UK security, anti terrorism or whatever you want to call it.
