i get a fps of about 50-80 in full 64 man servers on gfx settings on all high and AA 8x and 1260 reso. in 32 man i get out 70-100 fps, is this ok fps for my rig?

That FPS should be just fine. I run 8800GTX and E6700 so my fps is slightly higher.

What's the exact resolution? When I had an x1950 Pro & an E6300, it would run flat out 130fps in a 64 man server, with 4xAA and 16xAF (probably 4xAF, seems that setting doesn't work well in Vista) but at 1280x1024.

It's "OK FPS", but nowhere near the full potential of any of that hardware.

130 fps? it doesnt even go above 100.1 for me, like i get it...
also, what should i do to boost my performance? should i turn my comp off at night? cuz i keep it on and i heard reports of turn it off cuz ram stacks up on memory, then when i turn it off they say dont, it damages hardware and makes it slower.

True, but my suggest I wouldn't leave it on every single days I leave it on Friday, Saturday and Sunday :) Plus if you got barley over heating card...then turn it off every day!

If it doesn't go above 100.1 it means that it's capped if I'm right. Type in console. "game.lockfps 0" ( If I am right). And that about turning it off is completely not true it's even better to turn it off.

Press your "~" button(tilde i believe its called) to the left of your #1 button while in game. Then type renderer.drawfps 1 and hit enter. You'll see little red numbers at the top, the one on the left is your frame rate.
