PECOS SA server: very odd behavior

I generally find the bf2 crowd quite cool. Never have problems in servers. Never get kicked. Etc.

Anyway, playing on PECOS SA (http://www.game-monitor.com/GameServ..._Map_Week.html) tonight and the SA guys were a bunch of ***-smacks. One guy, |SA|bugman, kept flying solo in the chopper. So I got in finally, and he kicked me from the server.

So. Here's my question: can we report abusive admins/servers like this? I've heard about reporting disingenuous ranked servers somewhere.

Just Yesterday I had a problem with this |SA|bugman kid.
We were in jets, he was on us at wake. He drop a couple of bombs and fly around the carrier. The air space above the carrier is not an uncap. If you are stupid enough to fly in circles over one spot your going to get shot down. If you engage in a dog fight there is no running for safety. I never bombed the carrier or used guns or missiles on any thing or any one on the carrier, but yet bug**** said I was attacking an uncap and kicked me 2Xs. If someone is better than you you don't kick them. You learn. PECOS needs to not let this person be an admin.
At least until he grows up.
