Find a server that a clan normally plays on (or a clan server), make friends, have fun.

my suggestion is to forget points and have fun....the points come on their own

Simply i just wish ppl had more respect for me online, i just always get picked on and it is not an escape from reality anymore (like video games use to be) now i just get high and play this game and its just as good, but like ppl always diss me and call me a noob online and it pushes the wrong button. I just got out of juvie for breaking a cops nose, (among the other 11 charges) i just cant do d!ck sh!t about it cous the closest thing to a fight i get is calling him a NOOB back, and it seems so childish. Can't we all toke and do our own thing and play in a stellar online community of BF2 PWNage, does that seem a bit far out to some of you bloats!

Whoa step away from the edge for a second or two....

Don't worry about the 11 counts, I once had 28 for one incident (as a juvenile). They pig pile the charges then normally drop most of them as your lawyer bargains them down to the lowest one he can. It's just a game of numbers the courts, police and prosecutors play.

You just have to keep plugging at BF2. If you really want rank, do what some people suggested. Infantry only servers are good for lots of points. Play in HighPoint servers (they're usually named that) the games last longer, less reloading of maps means more points per hour.

Don't check your stats every night. The watched pot takes longer to boil, is the old saying. Give it a day or two or more if you can. Don't even look at your numbers.

Find a server where they don't give you a hard time. There's thousands, many don't pay attention to anyone one's rank.

The BF2 community is not very good at it's worst, but it's pretty darn good at it's best. Just gotta find the right niche.

All you have to do is be me. You will get between 150-300 pts per round. Just kill alot of people.

I agree with Disfigured.. why is it so important?
I used to think it was so cool, but when you reach the 1st sarge, and you know that now you have to reach 50K, then you learn that it's not so important.. That only the fun in the game matters.
Start playing with some friends and join a clan.
I promise you, you will enjoy the game 1000x more than you have ever did.

And Natureboy.. I do not believe you at all.. My SPM is better than yours, and i dont even get 300 pts. per round.. I get like 70 or something.

First of all ...great post Moo_Saggins! All that is right on! I have over 1200 hours, and at some point along the way I did all that, and I do finish high in pub servers. What I was trying to do was to develope infantry skills to the point of being able to play CAL main. I havent done that yet, because I play with those types, and there are just some very, very good players out there. Although I have no intention of giving up my dream, those guys still kick my rosey ash. I have come to think there are three types of players. One are players with natural talent that are just good no matter what they play and always rise to the top. This type of player has great instincts, and when serious about a game will always be great. Two are players that have to work, but are very capable of being very good. I think most fall in this category. If this is you, follow Moo_Saggins post, and you WILL get there. Then Three, those are players that just wont ever get it. (people that buy hacks fit in this category) Noobs is noobs, but there are some players that should not take the game seriously, keep playing, but don't beat your head on the wall when you don't get better. I do not consider myself eleet, I have to work my ash off to get better, but from my experience, Moo_Saggins's post in right on. Thanks for the post Moo_Saggins, now, time to get back to work. if you REALLY want points you could try stat padding or K/P servers if you are very desperate and dont care about the risks even though it is illegal and you could be reset. Or try being medic on IO servers. If not the best way to get better is to play more.

theres a slight chance that the K&P servers may have already been visited. in his stats he has a highscore of 611, and 306 knife kills, just a thought...................

Well I get mad points on J-bad doing RPK as long as I have that gun its a good K/D for me or medic whore it up on a map.
