Ummm no, any player can get an official PB ss server is only good for getting an individials view of a SS and the fact that a player screen shot can be spoofed in photoshop or similiar program. Best thing to do is get mulitple SS's and using Fraps.

to get a player PB SS... use the ` key and type PB_GetSs.

Anyone can take a PBss at anytime. You won't be able to ftp the server to get PBSS... So the best thing to do, is know the admin on THAT server...

Most GSP provide TeamSpeak, and or website. Also there is xfire, msn Bla Bla.

open the CC with the ~ key. Type "pb_plist" that will give you all slot numbers of everyone in the sever at that time. Find the person in question slot number. Then type "pb_svgetss32" for slot 32.If you don't type "sv" it won't be saved.
Most servers have this function shut off. Something to do with bf2cc instability netframe2

You are retarded, pb server side commands can only be executed via console/bf2cc BY AN ADMIN. You need either the rcon password or console access to take a server side pb screen shot.

if you knew the rcon password you would do the following.

rcon login PASSWORD
rcon exec pb_sv_getss PARTIAL/SLOT
if the screenshot was successful it would show up in the svss folder on the server's FTP.

I think some of you may have it wrong.

gee-queue seems to be a very level headed mature gamer. He didn't come on hear posting HAXOR ALERT!!!!. He simply posted that he has suspicion about a player and is wondering what kind of things he can do to nab obvious cheaters.

Another thing to notice. Unless I am mistaken he hasn't ousted the guy by throwing the possible hackers name in the fire for all to see.

I am willing to bet that if Gee-queue would follow this player around and come to the conclusion that the alleged hacker is not a hacker he would have no problem parting ways without making a big scene.

We all know the PB is flawed. Why shouldn't level headed mature gamers try to do there part?

How do i specify which player screenshot to get? follow the command with playerslot like Xodus said?

then the ss will be in YOUR pb ss folder >>>>>>> C:\Battlefield 2\pb\scrnshot

Listen, as commander, when I do a scan and see a lone enemy near someone on my team, I'll manually spot him--there's no sense in wasting the UAV for just one guy. That enemy grunt has no way of knowing that I spotted him and placed him on my teammate's mini-map... none.

Original post explicitly says the hacker was on MY team. Ergo, if the enemy was being spotted, i WOULD know about it.

and to instantly scream, "Haxor!!!" just because you got bested is not always the best course of action.

I said "hacker" not "Haxor!!!". And i WON the round WITHOUT being "bested" by the hacker.. because he was on my team!

I just tried this and only got screenshots from my perspective.

1) "pb_plist" and obtained the 8-digit pb key for another player
2) typed "pb_getss12345678" & "pb_getss 1234568" .. both SSs are my POV.

So i'm suspecting that I cannot get a SS of another player, only an admin on the server can.
