How do I stop playing?

Well I love playing battlefield 2. Well I find my self playing 9 hours straight without even noticing time passing by. For example wake up at 9-10 am and play until 10-12 pm. I think I am a REAL bad addict. Someone help? I actually have a life going to school,having friends but these days I will rather play games instead of enjoying life. Please help!

And please serious anwsers please.

yes but he only plays at least one hour a day... I play around 5-9 thats worst. There is a different meaning to it. His isnt that serious.

I play around 5-9 hours too. Here's my advice, the reason i stopped playing so much is because of my ecen promotion, if your close to a promotion, just get it, and you will feel sick of BF2. Or .. Just hang with your friends more than you do bf2. If that is impossible, get a NEW game.

Just go cold turkey. I've been "clean" of BF2 for a few weeks, although that's partially because Vista's very laggy. I beat C&C Generals in 2 days on Normal mode, lol. Gonna go through Zero Hour this weekend =p
