jw, did u see a popup while in game showing that u have been promoted? u need to see that b4 u get promoted and i think wat happened was that u were around 4900 points and in one round u scored say 90 points, and ur score gets uploaded to EA, but it usually takes maybe an hour for EA to update ur account, so then u play another round and get like another 90 points so ur score would be like 5080, but it wont give u that popup, because it will think ur scoree is still 4900 since it hasnt been updated yet, so u wont get the popupComment
