MOD??? ok form past games i have played mods are addons that make the game easyer to play and give you a more deversity in what you can do quickly ie more options on the screen. however from what i have been reading these mods that you are talking about sound like hacks ie less or no recole. now i could very well be wrong i didn't spend a ton of time reading or trying to figure these mods out bc i just didnt find the full info on them. call me the bigest noob it the world i don't really care. all i want to know is how dose it let you kill in 4 shots vs 6? that is what i read. so if you can kill them with fewer shots then isn't it a hack?

-damage IF YOU GET SHOT. you will feel it. its not 6 shots and your dead. its more like 4 or less usually 2 or three. headshots kill
-accuracy much better realistic accuracy
-recoil enough of the recoil after firing a REAL m16 youl know that there is more kick then what the game has. and it has a greater affect on accuracy then how it was originally in the game
-weaponsounds like guns that go boom boom, pop pop and bang bang? well theres a few new weapon sounds. my personal favorite the M249 wow a beast now.
-some new vehicles thanks to blacksand studios
-no more flag chasing(aka cap a flag and lose one at teh same time)
-you run a lil faster
-you can bleed out. get that medic
-bots will use mines.
-bots may shoot down your chopper with AT
-bots have realistic engagement ranges.
-all maps have been reworked.
-no more artillary, tired of getting hit by your own. no need to worrry
-all AAV'S AND AIRCRAFT HAVE radar. so no more uav-s and these u can actually shoot down
-the main focus. infantry combat aka. explosives will kill you. just avoid them.
-NEW SKINS
-MOBILE SPAWN POINTS
-NEW SOUNDS\EFFECTS
-YOU CAN RIDE ON THE WINGS OF THE COBRAS. wicked""""""
