Problem

I load up a SP map, and it crashes to my desktop? I dont understand this, it has been a problem for a long time and now I thought i would adress it appropriately. I re installed BF2 and patched it and it still crashes. There has to be someone who encountered this? maybe??

sorry to double post but i think this issue has to do with local things not the program

Sounds like a lack of ram or just an outdated machine. 1 gig of ram is the minimum to play without problems but 2 gig is best. Stuff running in the background won't help either. Try reinstalling windows if possible and get the latest drivers for your chipset and graphics card.
