Problem loading Single Player map, loads and crashes.

I load up a SP map, and it crashes to my desktop? I dont understand this, it has been a problem for a long time and now I thought i would adress it appropriately. I re installed BF2 and patched it and it still crashes. There has to be someone who encountered this? maybe??

What map are you trying to load? Has it ever worked? Some custom maps may have SP entries in their .desc file causing it to show up on the list but don't really have SP support built in.

I have exactly the same probelm mate and have had for ages.
MP runs fine for me so I don't want to feck about therefore i've just stopped doing SP stuff, which is a bit of a pain when I want to try things out.

yeah my specs are fine
i dont eff with internal files for bf2
and yeah it hasnt worked for any map SP for over a year, so yeah im stumped and I LOVE PWNING BOTS
