Older version, need admins

Hey, i play on older patch, http://www.game-monitor.com/search.p...al2=1.1.2551.0
but lately alot of players start glitching or statpadding, nobody can do anything about it because there are no admins. Anyone has any idea how i can contact those server providers, so some good (not glitching/statpadding) players can become admin there?

Sometimes in teh server message they give information on their forums or how to contact them. If not google their clan name or something. or just find out what it is powered by like is it seemeplay me,Myis,Etc and then take it up witht them.
