Patches Are Screwed Up?!?!

Alright, from my problem earlier with my game not loading, which i still havent found out the problem. But this might be.. Ive downloaded the 1.41 patch about 3 times from fileplanet,EA, and megagames. None of them worked. What happens is i click on the file, it doesnt load up, so i wait 30 seconds to a minute and it finally pops up. Then i go through the first two parts and click install. it sits with one green bar for about 5-10 seconds, then the thing just closes, the whole thing closes. so then i tried downloading the patches before and update up to that 1.41 patch. But all the other patches did the same exact thing... any suggestions??

Have a friend burn the patch to a CD!! I have done this and lend it out to any friend that needs to reinstall or buys BF2 and needs the patch! I actually have all the patches burned to CDs. Just a note, you want the FULL patch not the incremental patch!!!!
