Kill self/suicide command?

Done some searching and couldn't find anything...

Is there a way to kill yourself without switching teams? Console commands? Key binds?

Reason being, I find myself swimming for very long distances after bailing from a burning aircraft/helo/boat. I don't see the point of wasting 5 mins swimming or running to the nearest point of action. The only way I can tell to end the pain is to swap teams and respawn. -Obviously this isn't the best outcome in alot of cases. Specially if servers kick for team swapping/stacking.

I am aware you can kill yourself with a grenade or whatever on land, but when swimming you're kinda stuck. Any ideas?

It's on option in the spawn map, down at the bottom of it there is a suicide button.

Don't be lazy, just swim it out.

Slow and painfully way.
Step.1 Get grenade, right click but do not hold it down.
Step.2 wait for death

Fast and painless way.
Push enter and click Suicide...

Just remember that suiciding not only costs the team a ticket but gives you a -2 team score as well. :p

then press J or K or L...

walk away and make a sandwich.

Come back and you should be ashore.

Keep swimming until you see your house.

Actually works,I've done that besides making the sandwich part,but i left and came back..lol.
