circle of death

how many of you can do a perfect circle of death with the helo, and how do you do it
I watched many many vids and guides and I cant seem to get it down

I like to call it "the orbit of death" and I'm not bad at it with the Cobra. I play USMC 99% of the time so I'm not too seasoned in the other helos. The MI-28 is probably the hardest to do it with.

Basically roll left 45 degrees and hold it, while giving it full right rudder, and then use the Y axis to control how tight the circle is, and vice versa.

Hard to explain, you just need to get a feel for it.

Is that it? I thought a "circle of death" was when you continually spun the chopper at about 70* downwards and it holds itself... that angle => /

Well yeah.. but it can be at any angle really.. anywhere from like 30 to 80 or so.

It's best at about 35-45 though.

I can, pretty much like metallicaguitrst described.
facing the center of the circle, about 45' nose down, 45' roll, full rudder to opposite side of your roll.

edit: those aren't exact numbers, eventually you just get a feel for it.

I think it is easiest to 'control' when you are in the Hind though....just IMO.

You guys fly that good with a keyboard???

I can fly a heli with a keyboard, but just to get to a point in a map. I don't have great control of them yet. ANy tips?
