If you're worried about waiting 10 minutes to start downloading a mod that takes hours (generally), you've got other problems my friend. Like ADD or something.

Pay for the 6 dollar subscription and cancel it right before the end of the month. .. It's worth it.
I did it the day it was released and only dl'd for 30 minutes compared to 2 hours.

ITS WORTH SEVEN OR MORE EVEN! That is how good PR is...one thing though...I suck without a mic but maybe you are good anyways...you just have to get used to not bunnyhopping and you don't have to put seven thousand rounds in some1 so they die...two well placed ones are all I need yeah I love PR!
