i just patched 1.41 and when i logged in there was only 26 servers so i found the file and tried unzipping it and it said it couldnt extract all files, i have vista any suggestions?

there is no zipped files in the patch - it is simply an executable. please ensure you are downloading the correct patch.

see ftp://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/patches/BF2/1.41

simply run the .exe and you should be good to go. also check your filters for the server search.

would if matter that i dont have special or europe forces on my comp? i also have the "same version" checked off for the filter

iF YOU INSTALLD THEM after THE PATCH, THEN YES, OTHERWIZE, NOPE.

at the top right of my screen in game it says im in 1.02 version

dont pay attention to that. just look at the last 3ish numbers.

it should say 797, and that will tell u if u have patch 1.41 installed

Patch 1.41 = Ingame version 1.1.2965-797.0
