I "supposidly" go reported for hacking, but I didn't. {LONG}

Okay, I was playing Strike at Karkand as Spec Ops with a Scar-L on USMC side. I go to the right side of the map, go down that strech, find a nice spot to shoot people on top of a building because USMC got hotel and where all going to kill the square.

I've never been to this spot before and realize it is perfect for this situation, I got like 30 kills and no deaths. I could see the east side of the hotel, right where people were spawning, I DID NOT SHOOT THE SPAWNERS, because spawn killing is horrible. I'd kill them when they started to run across the road or take cover. This one guy starts wigging out "GUY ON THE ROOF IS HACKING, OMG HE JUST KILLED ME TWICE, OMG I JUST WET MYSELF".

So I just ignored it for the time, then I get knifed from a sniper. I go kill the sniper, take my spot back and lay his claymores out. So this guy that was wigging out comes over to knife me, boom, claymore, and he is yelling at me with text and voice, so I just leave the spot, I don't want no more trouble. I head over to the cement factory to get an easy take over point. I place C4 around the place and then I climb that gigantic tower thing with the smokestock.

I get the brilliant idea to parchute onto the hanger below me and kill the people that try to take the base back over. Guess who shows up, my bestest buddy. He gets in the gunner thing, I was nice enough to give him hope to take over his old post, and then I let the C4 explode, and he starts wiggin out again.

He once again tries to take over the base, and this time I just shoot him on site with 2 shots (I was amazed myself, especially because I had the Scar-L) and he gets royally pissed again, and the some of my teammates spawn there. So I move to the edge of the building shooting people spawning from this other building, once again, I don't shoot them as they spawn, I wait for them to attack the guys spawning at the cement factory. I run out of ammo, and start throwing grenades at people trying to take over the cement factory, this one guy is still wigging out, he doesn't know where I am, and he is getting pwned from above.

Once I run out of ammo with grenades and the Scar-L I decide to paracute down, but before I do it I get killed. When I died I seen the guy say "I'm reporting "Curlyboy283" for hacking, brb". So this is my question, am I going to get banned for one refferal? I told you the story to prove I'm innocent. I only died like 3 times in the game, this is also partly becasue I used to play America's Army all the time and you only get to spawn once in that game, so I am still fairly conservative when I play.

Anyway, if you're not hacking, don't worry about it. If he has no proof there's nothing he can do.

Its takes a lot more tha 1 guy claiming that you are hacking to get anything done. IF ( I say IF) you are reported then a investgation will be started. if your clean no worries.

I've probably been reported a hundred thousand times by now. I wonder if theres anyway to find out how many times you've actually been reported. I'd proudly wear it as a badge of honor.

Thankfully every kill I've gotten has been legit and within the boundaries of fair competition. I don't even grenade spam in Karkand.

only dieing 3 times doesnt matter, avoiding death on karkand is quite fun

I doubt he did actually report you becase he has no evidence to back his claim up. He probably did it just to annoy you and to impress his teammates.

You would be surprised at home many "He killed me his is hacking" reports with absolutely no evidence we get a week.

I can imagine, the number of times i have seen people being banned from servers just because they killed an admin. So i can understand just how bad people react to being killed. I imagine it is even more humiliating to be killed by someone of a lower rank such as me (gunnery sergent) when you have dedicated 600+ hours to the game to my 130 and the immediate reaction normally is that they're hacking.

What is the approximate percentage of reports that are just: "He killed me so he must be hacking!" ?

I've dedicated 600 hours to this game, and I've died to Privates and Corporals before, not just Gunnery Sergeants. It's wishful and ignorant thinking to believe that you're invulnerable to everybody who is of a lower rank than you.

Of course, unlike the Privates and Corporals who've managed to take advantage of a mistake that I've made, I learn from my silly mistakes and try to improve so that those people don't get a second shot at me. I try not to make it a habit to die that often.

As a result, you'd have to be CAL-M calibur to routinely get kills on me as an Infantryman.

What is the approximate percentage of reports that are just: "He killed me so he must be hacking!" ?

Probably 99.98%.

I bet you that these got me reported a couple times. All while I was playing as Infantry. The first two are IO, the last two aren't.

Of course it is not consistent. But the next rounds on that server I got 55-8 and 31-12 (we got camped ). It was a little bit of a brag (who can resist), but pertaining to the subject a bit . And I was confirming your point.

Was it a challenge? Not particulary, me e-ego does not require me to jump at everyone who says they are better (as yours seems to). But I am not gonna run scared if there is sufficent reason. I always put cheers (like serialbutchers, Peace Out).
