I would just like to know why I receive badges, medals, and ribbons while playing but when I check BFHQ the new badges and stuff aren't there? Also how come my stats don't stick most of the time. I am playing in ranked servers.

Re: Receive badges, medals and ribbons but...
Short Answer: Give it time. It sometimes takes a couple of days for your achievements (points, stats, awards, etc.) to filter back to the EA master server.
Long Answer: When you first start BF2, it queries the EA master server for your current stats. From that point on, the awards you receive in-game are calculated on your machine, and if you meet the requirements, you hear that familar "You have been given an award..." message. Shortly after the round ends, the server you are playing on sends the data back to the EA master server. This part can take either fifteen minutes or several days, depending on the load conditions. Until this happens, your BFHQ page won't show the awards because it will only show your current stats as far as the EA master server is concerned.

Re: Receive badges, medals and ribbons but...
As we said, it can be as instant as fifteen minutes or as long as a few days. Of course, there is always the possibility that the server you received your awards on crashed before it sent in your stats. <shrug>Comment
