does any one know how they select this rank for that one person, or has anyone ever made that rank? They dont say how you make it, my guess is that you have either all vet badges before you make it or certain kill ratio, lol i dont know any one else know?

was an old rank for when the officer ranks weren't around.
it was for the best player, i know at one point blazin.uk was RSM -

i think they should re use it, so there is maybe 50 or so RSMs that would be a nice little milestone kinda
