Noob question, but how do I view screenshots after I take them. I looked in my BF2 directory but couldn't find them. I also tried searching the forums, but there are soooo many threads that use the words "screen shot".
Where are my screen shots?

Re: Where are my screen shots?
Your screenshots are saved in your "My Documents" folder (or "Eigene Dateien" if you're using a german windows).
An example path could be:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Screenshots
You'll find two version of your screenshots there: 1x as .jpg and 1x (higher quality) .png file. :)

Re: Where are my screen shots?
Stupid question from me: What is your "SS" button? Did you press the "Print Scrn" key (next to "Scroll") or another one? Maybe you pressed the wrong key? Spontaneously that would be the only idea I have why you can't find your screenshots.Originally posted by ShadowMafiaWell I have fraps, but thats not what Im asking. Ive taken screenshots in BF2 (at least I think. I press the SS button) but I don't know where to go to see them.
Besides that, do you play BF2 with another windows account? Maybe your screenshots are there.
That path should be something like:
C:\Documents and Settings\your_account_name\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Screenshots
Or have a look at its neighbouring folders: "All Users" and/or "Default User" (though I doubt you'll find 'em there :p).

Re: Where are my screen shots?
Well if you hit printscreen then I dont think that will save to the bf2 folder. If you press print screen after you take your screen shot go into paint and press paste (also make sure not to copy anything else for it will erase your screen shot).Comment

That is incorrect.:shakeheadOriginally posted by murshtWell if you hit printscreen then I dont think that will save to the bf2 folder. The Print Screen button on your keyboard takes the screenshot while in-game and saves the 2 versions (jpg & png) to your screenshot folder in the Battlefield 2 section of My Documents... as the other comments have already suggested.
If you have no folder C:\Documents and Settings\*YourCompName*\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Screenshots and you tried creating one there and taking screenshots and still no luck, you will probably have to go through EA's WONDERFUL:p Customer Support!
They will probably have you re-install your game:hmm:Comment
I just suggest to use fraps and only fraps.
