Can you get vanilla BF2 ribbons/badges from SF?

Yes. I have gotten a coupel badges for Vanilla in SF as well as a couple ribbons too.

That is true. If you get 44 kills in vanilla, you are not getting an Expert SF badge.

Yes, you can get Vanilla badges in SF, but they cannot overlap with current SF badges. For example, you can't get vanilla expert support badge in SF since SF already has a similar badge. Same with the fact that you can't get the vanilla armor ribbon in SF since SF has it's own armor ribbon.

you're wrong... I got all my vanilla expert badges in special forces... AND a few kills later I got my expert special forces one...

ALSO.. I know for SURE that I got my vanilla armor ribbon AND special forces armor ribbon in the same round on a special forces server.

Also its possible to get the SF badge "Tactical Support Weaponry" in BF2 Vanilla with Flash Bangs ( F2000 Unlock ) this is the only badge i think you can get in Vanilla thats a SF Badge :)
