wont connect to account server

hi all, today i ranked up and the match that got my rank up i alt+f4 out the game right after it ended and went to go back in the game to check my rank and when i try to connect it wont, i have let it sit for 1 hour and still wont connect, any ideas why?

oh and i just found out if i make a new account i can play fine on the new one but the account that i just ranked up on wont connect, please somone help

The account server are sometimes down, and you can't login for an hour or so. Try again and see if you can login now.
