i was wondering from you guys who get 5 or 6 hours a day to play lol, i get about 2 because police academy takes most of my day besides my wife and kid, i average about 80 to 100 points a game, im trying to get 2000 so i can make Staff, how long do u think it will take me to do that

thanks i did my service time so i figured what the hell why not continue security forces in the civilian world lol. Yea but it takes forever since i only get about 2 hours a day and my crappy DSL lol. Some guys say they make about 500 in an hour sometimes more in 2 or 3 so i was like wow lol how i can never get commander i get out ranked

Your SPM is 1.27. So that's about 76 points/hr. If you play 2 hrs per day, it will take you just over 13 days at your current pace.

If that is you, I would recommend trying out the medic kit if you're after points. Medics can rack up a lot of points with heals, revives, and can stay alive a long time because you can run behind cover and heal up before going out again. Not sure Spec Ops. is the best point generating kit.

dude dontplay for points.......it turns he game into a damn chore and causes many stress and fustration....

i would focus primarily on having fun and kicking asss.....points then come on their own...

I agree, I personally prefer to just play for fun and the points are just a nice bonus :)

Who cares about points. Just get in your favorite server and tear it up. The less you hit tab the more fun you have IMHO

at first i cared about points, but now i dont really. i sit back, gun people down, hit TAB occasionally and if im near the top i will turn up the heat and try to win. usually i just have fun though.

One time... on a band camp they set up a PC with BF2 installed, I almost lost my life trying to kill enough people to earn a spot, forget about rank, to play BF2 first.

Come on man... rank really means **** unless you wanna unlock of them pathetic guns. Stock guns is where it's all at anyway.

lol i just want the rank so i can get commander i like being a Commander, but i get screwed out of it alot, the points dont really mean that much to me but i still like earning them lol. dont know how many of you served in the military but i still havnt transitioned back to the real world lol dont know if i will but i like rank and crap but mainly i was just curious on what others did to earn there stuff. I love the game and mostly dont look at the TAB screen i wait until i get out of the game. But like i said i like Commander mode and usually get bumped because of my rank so thats why i posted this.

^^^ no not really. I used my fair share of unlocks, and I like G36E, they're not fun though and don't require much skill (Ex. PKM, G36E, and so on and on)... I find the game more fun using and owning with stock guns, that's just me though.

Instrument? I played on people's nerves.
